We accept all major credit cards - once your order is placed it will be packed and couriered same day and should arrive in 3-5 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
International Orders: Our automatic freight options are for New Zealand deliveries only. If you wish to have your product delivered to an overseas address please email us to arrange a freight quote for you.
New Zealand Freight Costs: We send individual parcel packs. If you're buying multiple products please email us your details and we will call you to discuss.
New Zealand Freight Tmes: We use Courier post and we estimate delivery nation-wide in 3-5 days.
We take great care to produce New Zealand's best meat seasonings and rubs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your MeatHeads product please let us know.
If you have received a defective product: We will replace the product or refund in full including postage. Please choose carefully as we will not refund if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the incorrect products.
If you have ordered the wrong product: We will exchange it, so long as the products are returned in their original condition, within 10 days and with the tamper seals intact. You will need to cover the return postage costs and the cost for us to resend the replacement product. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refund Timing: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return freight company, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the freight company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
